Job Description :
PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT : Development of systems, procedures, plans to meet production / maintenance target by effective utilization of equipments, manpower & other resources â Preparation of SOPs & SMPsâ Plan for innovative programs and special projects â Shift planning and man power management.
â Ensuring implementation 5S systems.â Motivating the team for improvement in Overall Equipment Effectiveness.â Ensuring plant safety in the working premises.
3)Team Building, People development and succession plan : Train, develop & motivate team to meet current & future challenges and sustain conductive work culture.
â Development of skill matrix and identification gaps.â Identify potential supervisors and mentor them to develop succession line.
â Communicate, knowledge sharing and prepare supervisors about change.4)Health, Safety & Environment â Implementation of Safety, Environment and regulatory norms.
