Knowledge of the following products / customer segments in the Rural market : Salaried, Self-employed Professionals, Small & Medium Enterprises & Micro Enterprises
Expertise in Mortgage Loans (Home Loan, LAP, Business Loan etc) portfolio is required
Adherence to the credit policies & processes for the respective product & ensuring they are implemented correctly.
Conducting PD at customers place.
Deliver quick Turnaround Time (TAT) to provide decision on the loan applications as per the company policy.
Assist Sales / Operations team in disbursement of loan and legal documentation.
Ensuring delinquency metrics & bounce rates are under control.
Provide feedback to Regional & Head Office on credit processes / policies / branch updates
Regularly provide feedback to the Head Office on the changes in the market trends.
Vendor empanelment and management (Valuers & Lawyers).
Providing support, education and training to staff to build risk awareness & ensure that the sales team source right type of customers.
Visit customers in case of stress, conduct verifications as per authorisation matrix.
Maintain Portfolio quality Managing & supporting Collections of the acquired portfolio.
Graduate / Post graduate / MBA, with minimum 3-5 years of experience.
At least 2 years of work experience in the Banks / NBFCs
At least 1 year of experience in underwriting of loans, preferably in Mortgages.
Knowledge of local markets.
Knowledge of English & local language.
Good proficiency in MS Excel / MS Word etc.
Good communication skills
Strong bias for action & driving results in a high performance environment.
Demonstrated ability to lead from the front.
Strong analytical skills to drive channel performance and drive profitability.
Should own a two wheeler with proper documentation.
Should have Aadhar Card and PAN Card
