Job Description :
Support on all the functionalities being implement in the Data services layer. Responsible for supporting mainframe, midrange batch scheduling support and maintenance across multiple test environments, Batch Execution, Monitoring and support of midrange & Mainframe batches.
Use support tools to navigate through logs in problem analysis and adhering to standards and procedures for technical and change implementation of scheduling support.
Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements, potential risks and increased efficiencies as part of Batch Optimization.
Ability to work in cross functional and multi-location teams.
Requirement : Mandatory skills
Experience Required : 6 8 yrs
Work Location : Chennai
Education Required : B.E. / B. Tech / M.E. / M. Tech / BSC / MSC / BCA / MCA (prefer IT / CS specialization)
Work Timings : Rotational Shift (6 : 30 AM to 10 : 30 PM any shift IST). Will be required to work in shifts for coverage during offshore hours including weekends.
