Relationship Manager- Broking channel
Responsible for delivering the target GPW numbers of an assigned territory through building a robust, effective and de-risked Broking channel.
Will be expected to empaneland handle Brokers, and drive the same to meet stated business objectives.

Knowledge / Experience / Skills
Needs to have spent at least 2-3 years in the Broking / Alternate Distribution function of aninsurance company ( life, general or health ).
Experience of having successful Broker relationships would be an added advantage.
Minimum expected qualification Graduation.
Candidate needs excellent communication skills, perseverance, adaptability, goal orientation and willingness to learn
