  • Ensurescompliance towards KYC and all operational risk parameters and with Bank’spolicies and processes
  • Ensurestimely escalation of issues impacting business and appropriate solutions toaddress the concerns
  • Ensuressafety and security of Bank and customer's assets
  • Ensurestimely submission of MIS reports to relevant stakeholders
  • Ensuressourcing of quality current accounts in terms of product mix, segments andconstitution mix
  • Abidesstrictly with the selling norms defined by the organization and adherence toguidelines by internal & external regulators
