  • Owns a particular Site from a L&D standpoint
  • Shoulders the responsibility of any new transition happening at the site through knowledge transfer methodology
  • Responsible for Training Budget for all the corporate L&D initiatives like leadership programs etc where external training partners are involved
  • Collaborates with all the relevant stakeholders during any change management
  • Promotes importance of learning & ROI to stakeholders and other relevant management members
  • Responsible for executing all the sourcing and contracting activity with the external training partners post the final decision is being made by L&D leader along with business heads.
  • Shoulders the responsibility of creating a learning culture to drive motivation and rational engagement amongst the employees.
  • Sharing best practices of Gurgaon so that both the sites render similar training offerings across India
  • Creation of Training programs and thinking creatively to come up with new training modules
  • Ensures that learning sessions are engaging hence selecting the right methodology.
  • Communicate periodically with relevant stakeholders / managers and keeps a tab on all the Monthly Operating committees training managers’ report out for the site.
  • Communicate monthly with Extended Leadership Team to update on the L&D journey
  • Create macro-level L&D processes and metrics like Training Hours / FTE, Spend per FTE per program, mandatory training %, NHO completion, course completion % etc.
