The job purpose includes

  • Be a major contributor in the achievement of revenue target and support the company in the Cash flow
  • Creatively strategize sales plan, manage the team and execute the plan to the effectively achieving the overall company Goals
  • Job Responsibilities include

  • Plays the Role of Sales executive and fully execute the role of the Sales Executive
  • As a Sales Manager

  • Define Sales objectives by creating a Sales Plan division and product wise to support to the overall Revenue plan of the company
  • Maintains and expands customer base by newer ways of reaching out to prospects and developing Field Action plans for the Sales Team
  • Gather information from Sales Team, determine effectiveness of strategies and analyze data and provide corrective measures
  • Analyze market trends, competition and position company to enable to be the leaders in the industry
  • Maintain and Manage sales volume with product and services mix keeping client's requirements and market requirements
  • Meets sales financial objectives by forecasting sales and collections; preparing an annual budget; scheduling sales promotional expenditures;
  • and other expenses (including manpower and incentives)

  • Training the Sales Team and get them ready to go to market
  • Support and Sales Team in Closures especially for higher order contracts
  • Report to the Management from a time to time basis with reports and dashboards
  • Must travel inside and out station

    Exp - 4 - 5 years of Relevant experience for ABDM and 6+ years for BDM

  • Candidates with Rich Exposure to Sales Management in similar verticals
  • Should posses excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Have a strong desire and drive for SALES and achieving targets and Numbers
  • Strong Negotiation and Persuasion skills
  • Sales Planning, and ability to manage self.
  • Leadership qualities to manage a team
  • Education-

    UG : B.Tech / B.E. - Any Specialization

    PG : MBA / PGDM - Any Specialization
