Job Description Responsible for the overall knowledge and skill development of RO / RM's and BM's in direct channel.Lead a team of sales training Managers, the person shall be accountable for successful on boarding and induction of RO / RM's leading to achievement of confirmation norms.
Shall work in close coordination with area managers and region managers in identifying key knowledge gaps and shall implement periodic programs to address them.
Delivering training schedules as per calendar,Meet new FOS Activation target. Desired Profile Sales Training background with at-
least 7-8 years of a proven track record of performance and people management.
Proactively seek requirements from area managers and region managers and extend support.
