Job Role

Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including post, email, and faxes.

Reviewing and distribution of mails to all staff and other departments.

Screening telephone calls and inquiries and directed them to the concerned person and arranging appointments.

Keeps a register of the files up to date and for easy reference.

Draft letters & reports on behalf of the company.

Prepare contracts, internal memos and businesses letters.

Organize business itineraries; travel arrangements etc.

Coordination with sales executives & handle sales coordinating activities.

Handle basic accounts.

Responsible for providing full secretarial assistance to the management, ability to organize & effective plan to download workload, demonstrate to the initiative to resolve issues quickly in an appropriate manner, administrative experience within a fast-

paced customer facing environment, providing a service that is in line with the MD's work habits & preferences, bright, confident personality, proven ability to work under pressure andto tight deadlines, professional telephone manner, Ideally educated to degree, a good deal of common sense, etiquette, be aware of health & safety standards, along with a high understanding of dignity and diversity in the workplace.

Moreover, Awareness of contract condition and the importance of contracts in project delivery, Self motivated with a flexible attitude, and be able to adapt quicklyto change.

Leading, engaging and building confidence in project staff. Having exceptional interpersonal, communication and motivational skills.

Proven ability tostay within approved budgets, schedules & achieve objectives, Leading by example, providing clear management and leadership.

Good office management skills and computing skills. Organizing maintenance of systems, document records, space management, etc.

Self motivated with the ability to work on your own initiative. Ability to come up with own ideas to take the company forward.

Experience of forward planning and team management. Can coordinate external recruitment and manage temps.
