Summary of Job

  • Work with the license partners and channel partners to monitor & grow CDD business in assigned territory
  • Support and manage distributor(s) by providing them the necessary support
  • Regular meetings and clinical promotion of Bio Markers to clinicians / hospitals / labs
  • Coordination for promotional activities like CMEs / conferences / symposia etc
  • Effective management and monitoring of sales
  • Identification of Key Opinion Leaders from the Clinical space in the region to promote and sell Chemistry Immunoassay & POCT solutions.
  • Responsible for growing profitable sales in region using cost efficient methods
  • Lead Business development initiatives in the territory , with aim of improving Market Share in major / key accounts
  • Major Responsibilities

  • Extensive coverage in Tamil Nadu & Kerela with efficient tour plan execution
  • Management of sales to achieve stretched revenue via license partner and channel partners
  • Coordination & Execution of commercial activities for current & novel biomarkers
  • Continuous promotion of menu addition drive on the Thermo Fisher platforms
  • Development and advancement of KOL sites in the region and have continuous engagement drive
  • Co-working with sales & marketing team of Distributors for market penetration
  • Collect, collate and provide market intelligence
  • Drive the prescription of Bio Markers to increase the test volumes
  • Track and monitor the usage pattern of the customers
  • Synergize with the Marketing / product management team to cater all technical queries of the customers
  • Promote chemistry analysers through channels & grow POCT network in the territory
  • Education or Equivalence of Experience

  • Bachelors / Masters degree in Pharma, Science preferably in Biochemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology or Biomedical
  • Minimum of 8-10 years industry experience with a successful track record for sales and marketing and / or clinical promotion of products in the area of lab medicine
