Job Objective : Immediately responsible for managing the finance and accounting (F&A) functions and technical direction for the local-
level implementation of Oracle R12. This includes leading the change management, resource coordination, communication, training, and testing activities of Oracle R12 implementation.
Closely works with corporate representatives to drive the strategy and plan forward.
Secondarily responsible for ensuring the development and integration of the long-term strategy for back office F&A services.
This includes establishing, leading, and mentoring a team of finance and accounting professionals to perform company-wide back office services.
These services may include, but not limited to : system, data & process support; contract billings, reconciliations, payable / receivable processing, and ad hoc reporting.
Oversees the local implementation and maintenance of Oracle R12 ERP system to ensure successful deployment by driving project support plans, schedules and assignments, communications, training and testing.
Interfaces with financial leaders on assigned business and technology-related issues to understand short- and long-term business needs.
Establishes the operations of multiple F&A groups that supports the business strategy into actionable business requirements;
obtaining and distributing resources; setting standards and measuring progress; anticipating and removing obstacles that impact performance;
addressing performance gaps and implementing contingency plans accordingly; ensuring products and / or services meet customer requirements and expectations while aligning with organizational strategies;
serving as a subject-matter expert and trusted source to leadership; and providing influence and consultation in the development of the larger organizational or business strategy.
Directs and supervises accounting and finance back office teams in the translation of business requirements and functional specifications that support integrated augmented resources across multiple accounting and finance groups, by building and maintaining partnerships with cross-
functional leadership to understand business needs.
Models and drives continuous learning and maintains a skilled and engaged workforce by aligning cross-functional resource plans with business objectives;
overseeing the recruitment, selection, and development of talent; motivating and empowering teams; building organizational capacity and developing high potential employees for growth opportunities and advancement;
staying current with industry trends, benchmarks, and best practices; providing guidance and leadership when difficult decisions need to be made;
and ensuring performance management guidelines and expectations align with and drive business objectives and results.

Sets service strategy based on long-term strategic plan for the F&A group.
Manages service demands to ensure resources are in place to maintain service levels and meet new demands.
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
Experience : 10 years of related experience.
Advanced skills with a variety of Enterprise Resource Planning systems, preferred Oracle R12 knowledge
