What you’ll do
Under this role you'll be part of the APJC Customer Experience (CX) finance team supporting one or more theatres in the APJC region.
CX is a new organization that is coming into effect from FY19 (1st Aug, 2019) consolidating the existing AS and TS Services into One Services’ organization.
Responsibilities Include :
Lead the month / quarter end process which involves P / L analysis, variance analysis and reporting to business partners as well as WW finance
Coordinating expense management, budgeting process, PO accruals, month closure activities
Drive the Long range, Fiscal year, Quarterly Business Review across the Organization and ensure fiduciary compliance in all aspects of the business.
Regular tracking and publishing of key CX metrics
Coordinating with Regional Sales Finance teams for Funnel, Discounts, Bookings information and it’s periodic reporting
Setting up / Migration / aligning into the new CX organization
Enhancing and further developing the AS / TS business views and to work closely with the Service Ops team in the reporting and forecasting of the AS / TS business based on these views
