B.S. or M.S. degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
2+ years Experience building software solutions in a corporate or start up engineering environment using C, C++ and / or Java.
Must have previous experience as a S / W people manager with demonstrated leadership and management skills, with a track record of successful products in the market.
Must have project management experience with traditional waterfall based tools and at least some agile tools, or Jira.
Independent judgment in developing methods, techniques, and evaluation criterion. Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Ability to expose, resolve, and / or lead the resolution of problems urgently.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills with creativity
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a dynamic and multi location team oriented environment
