JD of AKC assistant (Admin) :

Developing rapport with HRs of reputed organizations

Arranging AKCs calendar events as per the quarterly calendars

Sending invitation through mail to registered professionals for all the four AKCs

Event wise data entry of professionals who attend the programs / Workshops

Preparing reports event wise

He / she will do the arrangements for the AKC programs / workshops (Seating

arrangements, stationary, Food, refreshments, buckeye, gifts, name tages, writing pads,

Pen, Certificates, CDs etc..)

Follow up for the AKC programs / Workshops (Phone Calls / E-mails / SMS)

Collecting fees and issuing receipts for the Knowledge and Skill building programs

Collecting and Keeping records of feedback forms

Coordination with different vendors for carry out AKC related works

Co-ordination with faculties coming to AKC to deliver lectures

Keeping AKC up to date and clean

Keeping records of books available at AKC

Subscribing magazines time to time and keep record of the same

Keeping display clean and to update time to time

Reconciliation with accounts department for fees collected from AKC workshops, every

month

Printing AKC programs / workshop related stationary in time

Registration of new professionals for AKC

Keep up the database refreshing every year

Desired Candidate Profile :

Graduate in any stream & having good communication skills

Local candidates preferable.

Candidate should have knowledge of basic computer literacy i.e. Excel, power point, words etc.

Salary Rs. 14K net take home .
