Reporting directly to Enterprise Application Director, the ERPDelivery Manager is responsible fortheImplementation and operation ofthis specific functionality and alignment to the current and future needs ofthe CD sector of the business.
Your Main Responsibilities : -
Lead theImplementation and operation of this specific functionality and ensure that itremains aligned to the current and future needs of the CD sector of thebusiness both in terms of functionality and operational performance.
Provide input into the IT Strategy from the perspective of the development and implementation of the Order to Cash functionality, which includes the Sales, Shipping, Billing and Transportation business processes and how this integrates with other strategic applications across the portfolio.
Lead the Enterprise Application team for ERP Customer Development and while working with IT Suppliers, ensuring that both development and operational application management services are delivered in accordance with all contractual SLAs and business expectations.
Ensure adherence to the recognised industry applications management lifecycle.
Responsible for requirements gathering from the business for any developments that are needed on the ERP Order to Cash functionality and ensure the delivery of any subsequent changes and Improvements are via the IT Supplier Eco System.
Contribute to regular performance management meetings with key business stakeholders and ensure that the outcome of these drives performance improvements within the IT Team and the service providers.
Integrate with the SIAM and Infrastructure teams to make sure that all operational risks with respect to the ERP OtC systems are fully managed, especially those associated with Cyber security vulnerabilities.
Ensure that the ERP CD applications team is fully integrated operationally with the rest of the IT Team, especially with respect to compliance with the SIAM service integration model and that regular performance management information is provided to the contract management team.
Responsible for developing a corporate long-term plan including policies, procedures and standards, with a focus on integrating technology into company operations to increase effectiveness and efficiency.
Establish more flexible CD solutions that may be readily adapted to meet the needs of changing circumstances or future business growth and expansion and using these to.
improve customer service for increased customer retention and greater chance of repeat business opportunities.
Work closelywith Vendors Product teams to maintain a strategic awareness of and influencethe direction of the Roadmaps of our selected technologies.
Develop, grow andmaintain effective working partnerships with Vendors, suppliers and all serviceproviders.
Establish andmaintain a very strong Partner Relationship to the Directors, Managers andteams across the Baking, cooking & Spreads business.
Maintain a view offuture technologies that would enhance, simply or delight our Customers andshareholders.
Knowledge & Experience :
Extensive experience in the SAP Applications Implementation and Support Life-cycle within ERP Order to Cash applications strong understanding of how this is used to support that sector of the Business.
Proven experience in implementing the Order to Cash functionality in the SAP ERP suite (ECC 6 or higher) with a focus on the Consumer Goods or Manufacturing Domain.
Experience withS / 4 HANA and the SAP Activate methodology will be an added advantage.
Broad knowledge ofIT and business context.
