They were also the finalist for the mbillionth award and have won global accolades. The company get close to 2 lac visitors every month on web and have a reach in millions on their social media assets.

The company has seen significant organic growth last year, with an average of 50 percent mum growth on the website visits.

They have launched a first-of-its-kind parenting Chatbots in India, which provides automated content discovery to the users.

As a Client Engagement Manager , you will be responsible to help brands communicate and build meaningful connections with mums.

What you will do : Client Success :

  • Creating and sharing final value based proposals with internal team and setting up an execution plan
  • Proactively managing client deliverables by working closely with internal team
  • Managing and reviewing all client reporting metrics with the internal team
  • Client Retention :

  • Providing campaign insights to clients
  • Identifying gaps and mitigating factors
  • Showing metrics that track ROI for client's objectives through reports
  • Ensuring quality in result, managing relationships through on-going relationship building
  • Brand Solutions :

  • Designing and Implementing key Brand Solutions for advertisers
  • Creating solutions for FMCG Brands focused on products for both Child and Maternity and across online channels
  • Innovating strategies for product integration and providing end to end marketing solution
  • Conceptualizing ideas to marry brand and content
  • Providing exceptional level of customer service and account management
  • Working on Marketing solutions tailored around :

  • New Product Launch, Brand Awareness
  • Brand communications and program launches
  • Lead generation and sales conversion
  • Consumer Insights
  • Product Sampling
  • Activations in school, playschool, summer camps, activity centers etc.
  • Salary : INR 3,50,000 - 7,50,000 P.A.

    Desired Candidate Profile

  • Location - New Delhi
  • Female candidates with MBA in Sales & Marketing / Mass communication degree preferred
  • Prior work experience of 2-6 years in business development for online platform, preferably for parenting / content / digital community platform
  • A solid track record of client conversion and success for consumer products, preferably in Parenting centric segments.
  • Prior experience of working in ad agencies with good clients is a great plus
  • Should be able to own a customer relationship and deliver on it
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication excellence(verbal and written)
  • Strong business acumen to understand client's business and needs
  • Attention to detail, ability to negotiate a win-win
  • Should be a relationship builder and passionate about exceeding the client deliverables
  • Should be flexible for local travel and within India
  • PG - MBA / PGDM - Any Specialization
