Management Services team based out of Pune and is responsible for various management support activities which includes Internal Process and System management, Management Reporting, internal Management Consultancy, and operational support for respective IT functions.

This is a shared services organization which provides support to global IT on various support services. This is a senior position requirement in Management Services organization which will provide technical leadership to the overall Management Services with key focus on automation of processes and reporting using a mix home grown and group systems.

Role summary : To be the Enterprise Solution Lead and would liaison with stakeholders in process automation and supporting management initiatives.

To identify the opportunities to further streamline, automate or optimize existing processes using new age automation, improving existing user experience and making overall process more intuitive and digital.

  • Liaison with business users towards identifying bottlenecks / issues / concerns in existing processes.
  • Analysing process automation to be implemented using IT Internal Systems.
  • Will work closely with Business Analyst and teams for coordinating activities that need stakeholder participation from IT Processes & Systems, MI & Reporting and Strategic Initiatives.
  • Work closely with technical teams in providing technical solutions, help in design and overall implementation of solutions.
  • Will be involved in driving strategic initiatives for IT and support IT initiatives globally.
  • To be able to provide this level of service the successful candidate will be well organised, disciplined, be able to work with minimal supervision, have exceptional attention to detail, and able to follow tasks through to completion. .

    ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to distil key facts from complex issues and present them appropriately to the audience -
  • business or technical, junior or senior colleagues;
  • Ability to work autonomously under pressure to tight deadlines, prioritising work in a multi-client environment where demand exceeds supply and resolving the conflicts that result;
  • Experience working in Financial and Banking sector and has been involved in evolving for IT for IT landscape for the organization and help in automation of various processes.
  • In-depth knowledge of technology and understanding of various new age technology to be utilized in evolving existing platforms to help automate or improve user experience.
  • Highly disciplined approach to documentation standards, including version control management
  • Programme management background with Industry recognized certification(s).
  • Experience of working on global initiatives, engaging with team members and stakeholders in multiple locations.
  • CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience with RTB IT systems and tools
  • Identify, assess and evaluate risk to enable the execution of the tech DevOps strategy.
  • Develop and implement risk responses to ensure that risk factors and events are addressed in a cost-effective manner and in line with business objectives.
  • Implement Projects and Initiatives related to pro-active risk management solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Good process analysis and problem solving skills;
  • Ability to drive change and improvement to existing processes and to create new processes;
  • Decision-maker considered and timely especially when under pressure;
  • Ability to build relationships by communicating, influencing and negotiating effectively with business heads, senior managers, third party consultants, technical experts across the whole department and business users;
  • Willingness to own work and problems and see through to completion and to use own initiative to resolve issues, whilst dealing with a diverse range of people;
  • Strong interpersonal skills, coupled with the ability to succeed within a matrix management structure and build and maintain global team relationships;
  • Ability to work with resources based in other locations;
  • Proven ability to prioritise workload effectively in line with business priorities;
  • Can do’ attitude. Willing to turn a hand to whatever task is required;
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, work independently, proactively and under pressure against multiple deadlines and to contribute to a larger team;

  • ESSENTIAL SKILLS / COMPETENCIES

  • Graduate preferably with a degree in IT;
  • Excellent presentation skill and hands on experience in producing good presentation in MS power point;
  • Business finance knowledge and experience is an advantage;
  • Previous background of working in a matrix organisational structure;
  • Effective written and spoken communication skills in English;
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal);
  • Highly developed reasoning and analytical skills;
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic and proven fast learner;
  • Process oriented and structured approach;
  • Accountability takes ownership of tasks assigned to ultimate resolution;
  • Structured worker able to efficiently manage multiple tasks;
