    Map printer driver on Citrix servers

    Citrix related ticket resolution

    On-call support for Citrix

    Follow up on tickets and escalation

    Build and run of scripts and operational tools for monitoring and automatic error handling.

    Creating reports for business departments.

    Supporting of special mass activities (e.g. enterprise customer requests)

    IT Consulting for business departments

  • Managing business SLA / KPI for application operation
  • Application Reports, Operational Reports, Management updates and reports
  • BE / MCA in Computer Science / Information Technology / Network Technology
