What is the Senior Executive - TA Operations for Operations group responsible for?
A senior team player has the responsibility of overseeing and ensuring the timely processing of all the transactions. Oversee the day to day activities and to ensure all the functions are carried out on behalf of customers in accordance with department and company procedures and regulatory requirements.
In doing so ensure that the standard terms of service are met. Perform any other duty as may be delegated by the unit head
What are the ongoing responsibilities of a Senior Executive - TA Operations?
Check for accuracy of data capture and authorization of transactions processed by the data entry associates.
Ensure timely filing of necessary forms / reports of regulatory nature, as and when assigned. Provide on the job guidance as well as advice on problem resolution to the operations executives / associates in the team.
Organise periodic team meetings and ensure participation of team members. Escalate anomalies in process / systems and follow up for resolution
Ensure timely policy / procedure changes are communicated to the team. Ensure compliance / audit standards are followed.
Ensure proper training procedures are implemented.
Personal development, training and performance review.
Ability to ensure deadlines controls and procedures are adhered to. Positive approach to work and work challenges.
Maintains relationship with business partners and vendors. Has good Telephone etiquette.
Ensure that Investor complaints and queries are resolved in a timely manner to enhance customer satisfaction where these relate to the Operations of the company.
