Senior Business Analyst, Marketing Operations (P3)
The campaign senior analyst supports web-based projects hosted in VMware’s Eloqua marketing automation tool, Key responsibilities include and are not limited to :
Communicating with stakeholders to discuss the details of their campaigns and advise on best practices
Creating registration forms, landing pages, campaign canvas, and email brochures from templates
End-to-end testing of the campaigns
Creating distribution lists and executing campaigns
Assisting event managers with email statistics reports
Collaborating with multiple internal and external customers / Stakeholders
Manage all aspects of building a campaign in MAP, including building the emails and landing pages, designing the nurture / trigger program, testing assets and programs, launching campaign, troubleshooting issues
Support the localization process for global emails and landing pages, working with VMware’s localization team and vendors.
Good understanding of B2B email / nurture marketing practices, engagement strategies, and anti-spam laws
Skills and Strengths
Minimum of 5-7 years’ relevant experience in the Marketing Campaign Operations field, either with a B2B organization or consulting agency.
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or related marketing automation systems.
Well-versed in MS Excel and Adobe Dreamweaver
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong Request management skills including the ability to review project details & plans, scope
requirements and ensure expectations are discussed and met
Able to work independently and proactively, identifying issues and raising them to management, as well as offering potential solutions
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines
Technical Skills Required
Experience in any Marketing Automation Platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud )
Ability to be concise and clearly communicate.
Ensure leadership is briefed and apprised of senior-level discussions.
Ability to represent marketing operations as a clear SME within your area of influence and responsibility.
Collaborative working style to build relationships, including collaborating with multiple business marketing teams, technology teams, sales, and vendors
The individual must be very detail oriented and have a sharp focus. What we are looking for the most is the ability to focus, follow the documented process to the letter while understanding the big picture, and being able to function in a fast-paced environment.
