Service Contract Bookings

  • Book all service / warranty contracts in SFDC, CPQ, SAP & FX (New Contracts, Warranty, Instant Alert and Intra-company)
  • Book additions, deductions, renewals, escalations and cancellations in relation to service contracts in line with scorecard targets and expectations.
  • Create / amend customer records in SAP
  • Error Resolution in direct communications with Sales Professional, Service Leader, Booking & Billing Specialist.
  • SPOT (Time & Material Booking & Reactive Quoted) Booking

  • Book all SPOT projects in SFDC, CPQ & SAP
  • Book additions, deductions and cancellations in relation to SPOT projects.
  • Create / amend customer records in SAP
  • Error Resolution direct with Sales Professional, Service Leader, Booking & Billing Specialist.
  • Project Booking

  • Book all Install, Service & Energy projects in SFDC, CPQ & SAP
  • Book all variation orders, de-bookings & cost adjustments
  • Create / amend customer records in SAP
  • Book Extra Work Orders (EWO) in SAP
  • Error Resolution in direct communications with Sales Professional, Service Leader, Booking & Billing Specialist.
  • Billing & Disputes Management

    Projects, EWO, Service Contracts & SPOT Billings

  • Special Instructions (Invoicing)
  • SPOT & EWO - Credit / Cancellation -Rebill - Error Resolution
  • WO Complete / Reviewed / Approved / Export to SAP through FX
  • Validates WO complete with PO & Costs assigned
  • Service Contract Credit / Cancellation -Rebill - Error Resolution
  • Validate all costs captured (Materials / Sub Contract Invoice)
  • Special Instructions (Invoicing) / Simulated Billing
  • Error Resolution in direct communications with Sales Professional, Service Leader, Booking & Billing Specialist.
  • Contractual Documents

  • Requisition of Certificate of Insurance, Performance Bonds, and other contractual driven documents.
  • Direct Communications with Risk & Contract Management.
  • Continuous Improvement

  • HOS deployment & Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to increase customer satisfaction and administration productivity & improved knowledge
