Our client is is an online private label brand for men's grooming products. The company was founded in 2015 by IIT, IIM & Virginia University alumni and has over 25,000 customers across offline and online channels, including Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa and its own website.

Our client has raised about $2.5 Mn in a Pre-Series A funding round. With their presence already established in US, the company is expanding across products, channels (online, offline and B2B sales) and geographies to hit an annual run rate of 30 crore per year in the current fiscal.

As a Customer Service Associate , you will be committed to improve customer service experience, policies and standards, involve & engage customers.

What you will do :

  • Taking ownership of customer issues and solving problems with proper closure.
  • Recording and documenting customer service actions and discussions efficiently.
  • Handling enquiries from customers via calls, chats, and emails.
  • Working with the warehouse to ensure smooth order management.
  • Working with logistics partners to ensure faster delivery timelines for customer orders
  • Salary : INR 3,50,000 - 4,50,000 P.A.

    What you need to have :

  • 0 - 1 year of experience working as customer service executive.
  • Freshers may apply
  • Good communications skills- written and spoken English has to be good.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Prior experience with an E-commerce company is a plus. Freshers are welcome.
  • Spoken and written competency with regional languages is an added advantage. - Punjabi, Marwari, Marathi,
  • Malayalam etc.
  • Should possess a positive attitude and the ability to learn new things.
  • Competency with MS Office.
  • Willing for limited travel within Delhi NCR
