Responsibilities Include (MLDP Intern will be placed in one of the following job functions)
Product / Program Management : Define and launch new retail products, services or features in partnership with technical teams, evaluate the existing experience(s) for sellers / customers on and off Amazon, identify areas for improvement, develop business requirements, craft and implement marketing plans, and own measures of success.
Relentlessly innovate and deliver aggressively with high standards to eliminate defects, continuously raise the bar on user / seller experience, help them to be successful, and earn their trust and business.
Identify emerging growth opportunities for the business, develop strategies to address them and drive initiatives that capitalize on these opportunities to further grow the business.
Marketing Management : Develop and execute strategies for growing the size and lifetime value of the business unit's seller base, crafting both acquisition and CRM strategies for targeting and communicating with sellers’.
Drive demand for Amazon Services products by planning and executing different marketing campaigns with different stakeholders across the organization as well as external agencies.
Improve the performance of all call to action mediums.
Account / Business Development Management : Managing the seller relationship by championing the seller’s needs at Amazon.
Build and execute on a strategic account plan that delivers on key business opportunities for the seller and Amazon. Conduct deep dive analysis and provide routine executive-
level reporting on the seller’s current business and future opportunities. Work across key internal stakeholders to set priorities and develop account targets that underpin category strategy and knowledge of the local market.
Work closely with senior executives at interested sellers to successfully negotiate deals and help in on-boarding.
