Employee Management :

  • Administering Employee Separation following all statutory requirements.
  • Conducting Exit Interviews.
  • Processing details to for full & final settlement as & when required.
  • Quality Compliance :
  • Ensuring all the updating of the ISO 9001 and EMS 14001 documentation and HR compliance.
  • Employee Engagement / Communication and CSR Initiatives :
  • Arranging & carrying out Small Group Improvement activities like Kaizen, 5S , TPM and Personal
  • Developmental Programmes.
  • Promoting the employee participation programmes like Birthday celebrations, quiz competitions,
  • Poster, Slogan Competitions Employee family plant visit etc.
  • Organizing annual picnic and Get together for employees.
  • Organizing social events under CSR such as Environmental awareness campaign Tree Plantation,
  • Environmental Competitions, Eye Checkup Camp, Blood Donation camp etc. in plant area and outside.
  • Performance Management :

  • Carrying out the online annual appraisal, settling of KRA for staff & identifying GAP analysis among set standards with respective HODs.
  • Taking primary review of employees performance during the year.
  • HR-MIS :

  • Timely preparation of HR-MIS for the month regarding HR activities , Employee Costs , Recruitment.
  • Head Count analysis as per Recruitment budget, Hiring, Training, Separations Engagement initiatives.
  • Industrial relations for Senior Management Team.
  • Statutory Compliance :

  • Ensuring submission of returns under Workmen Compensation, Factory Act, Annual Bonus returns.
  • Contract Labor Act, Maternity Benefit Act , Trade Apprentice Act , Employment promotion programme.
  • Facing the Internal and External Audits relating to HRD, as well as enforcing the corrective actions.
  • OD Initiatives :

  • Participation in HR Benchmarking Survey and preparation of on field survey report.
  • Core team member in project of Talent Management Process Competence Framework Model for Organization.
  • Actively participated and conducted Employee Feedback Survey by Questionnaire Tool and played role to define the action plan for Plant.
  • Training & Development :

  • Designing the training Calendar as per recommended & identified needs,
  • Arranging Technical, Behavioral, Managerial training sessions.
  • Maintaining Training records as per laid down Training process.
  • Facilitating training management support for product & sales peoples from across the country.
  • Measuring Effectiveness & Evaluation of training through post session analysis through immediate
  • Feedback method analysis.
  • Compensation & Benefits :

  • Conduct Bench marking survey with compensation trends of Industry.
  • Ensuring proper distribution of employee benefits such as Company Housing loan, Med claim, Incentives, carrying out annual Increment activity for workmen decided as per union agreement as well as above benefits for staff.
  • Wage pattern surveys for tri annual union settlement.
  • Talent Development :

  • Drive the recruitment process for business unit with focus on lead times, cost and quality of recruits.
  • Hierarchies as per annual recruitment budget and through lateral hiring.
  • Carrying out the Joining formalities as per HR-SOP.
  • Managing the Employee Master in HR-EIS.
  • Schedule carries out the Induction / on boarding for new joinees.
