Handling full cycle of Recruitment from sourcing of candidates through in-house database, using portals, referrals.
Handling first round of HR Interview in order to judge the candidate's suitability for attitude, academic, experience, & communication skills.
Formulating interview schedules, filling reports of candidate's status, recording their joining reports, tracking hiring reports, and maintaining resume database.
Scheduling & coordinating interviews. Consistently following up with candidates.
Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting aspirants, using networking websites and job sites.
Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.

Looking for candidates with min 6 months exp in Technical recruitment / Fresher with good communication will do
Should have excellent communication skills.
Good interpersonal and team coordination skills.
Must be proactive & self-driven.
