Role Summary / Purpose :
The RSA Engineer supports all level-2 / 3 tasks and needs associated with Remote Access (RA) activities and is responsible for the day to day end-
user support and operations of the Remote Access solutions and architectures. This position is the primary interface with end users ,other integrated systems for help desk support, Business / application teams and solution enhancement efforts.
This includes solutions and architectures for RSA, and Multi-Factor / Two-factor RA solutions as added to the architecture
Essential Responsibilities :
RSA Product / Infrastructure / application Support
Create and maintain documentation regarding system configuration ,Monitor and tune system performance, Design and execute system maintenance procedures
Analyzing system and database logs to identify and resolve potential or existing issues
Responsible for RSA Server maintenance, Operational support and availability of the server
Responsible for Operational tasks for RSA Token file upload, Token file maintenance, Token Errors, Reporting requirements, User Access Errors,. etc.,
Create Policies / Groups / Roles in RSA Authentication Manager
Hands on experience on RSA Authentication Manager 8.1 and above
Hands on experience on Application Integration with RSA AM 8.1 using Radius clients / agents and using native hosts protocol.
Patch Updates / Vulnerabilities remediation and Certificate Management
Manage Build PROD / QA environment as per business needs
Qualifications / Requirements :
Bachelors degree with 4+ years of equivalent work experience in IT.
Working Knowledge on RSA components.
Ensuring necessary job-aids and other supporting documentation for the HPA & MFA solutions is up to date
Understanding of Data Center requirements and replication procedures
Previous work within large-scale / highly available environments
Good technical and development skills
Good communication and written skills
