To participate in HANA upgrade activities for the GL transformation projects / minor work stream for overall SAP projects, provide critical Level-

3 support for SAP Finance functional area. In order to perform complete project deliverables from Pune this role is required to operationally manage and lead contract functional resources.

Provide leadership and direction to the SAP Finance Functional team Driving the team to a high performing status through continuous improvement.

Role has key responsibility for Delivery of SAP Finance related changes, covering Requirements Analysis, Impact Analysis, Design, Configuration, Documentation, Unit Test, System Integration Test, User Acceptance Test, Regression Test, Production Cutover, Data Migration, Post Production Support for key SAP Finance Applications SAP FI / CO (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Asset, Treasury, Cost & Profit Centre Accounting, Internal Orders, Project System)

Your Role

  • Analysis of business requirements / Configuration of SAP FICO modules
  • Functional specifications, Design and Documentations
  • Unit & System Test / SupportUAT and Regression Testing
  • Provide detailed documentation to the production support team
  • Adhering to Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes & documentation
  • Take responsibility for implementation of changes to ensure no incidents associated with the change after cutover to production
  • Quality Assurance and overall integrity of the changes made.
  • Work in partnership with other Technology teams and provide SAP consultative service to Business Units.
  • Essential Skills

  • Relevant years in-depth SAP FI / CO hands-on configuration, project implementation and production support experience
  • Key expertise in SAP FI / CO modules including all FI Master Data, G / L, AP, AR, Bank Accounting, Asset Accounting, Cost Centres, Profit Centres, Internal Orders, Electronic Bank Statement and Bank Reconciliation
  • Some basic understanding of SAP ABAP would be beneficial, and must have implemented at least 1 full life-cycle SAP FI / CO projects
  • Some experience with Special Ledger, Validations and Substitutions, User Authorisations & Maintenance.
  • Desirable Skills

  • SAP Certification in FI / CO modules- preferred but not mandatory
  • Happy to get involved in all stages of the software development lifecycle, including documentation, testing and implementation support.
  • Able to present complex subjects to a range of different audiences
  • Exposure in global projects and onsite client facing experience
