Acquisition of new customers in Data business -achieving Gross Additions and Net Additions

  • Making a business model to effectively reach target customers
  • Effective allocation of tasks & responsibilities to Sales Managers / Channel Manager
  • Setting up process for smoother activations of links / connections
  • Making a business case for obtaining best suitable product offering for the customer(s)
  • Making joint sales / relation building calls with all functions.
  • Achieving Order booking targets of Data and Installation

  • Increasing Non-Voice penetration, Up-selling value added services to enhance revenue
  • Plan the quarterly targets for the team basis the AOP
  • Ensuring that any tariff-reduction is done only as a last resort
  • Achieving Revenue Market share - Increase RMS in penetrated accounts

  • Increase penetration in competition accounts .
  • Consolidate our position in our existing accounts.
  • Reduce customer churn to build sustainable business in the long run

  • Drive customer engagement programs, coordinating with CE team to arrest churn
  • Interact with the partners, key account holders and innovate to drive retention
  • Be aware of the competition and plan proactive measures to drive the same
