Delivering individual budgets (volume & yield)
Increase sales performance (efficiency & effectiveness)
Effectively manage a portfolio of customer assigned.
Scope and Acquire new businesses in the defined territory
Implement sales strategy & commercial priorities for individual customer base
Customer satisfaction & loyalty for customer base allocated
Track & analyse market development
Sales Pipeline management & forecasting for individual customer base Accountable for volume and yield performance
Implement sales strategy and approach to market including customer segmentation and specific value proposition in line with overall strategy
Solicit Customer Satisfaction Surveys participation, investigate causes of customer dissatisfaction
Manage customer segmentation and maintained a desirable share of wallet with allocated customers
Provide market feedback to relevant stakeholders
We are looking for
Master’s Degree or above
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience
Exposure to Sales and Sales processes
Preference to Exposure in Liner business however not a must
High achiever, with an ability to learn and grow
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to demonstrate value to the customer
