Market Job Description
18+ years of technology delivery and relationship management experience with a client organization, of which at least 5+ years in senior management roles leading large teams, with demonstrable success in creating and driving effective technology relationship teams in multinational business environments.
This role will provide leadership to EIT Offshore Transition Governance and Demand Planning teams & will perform relationship management duties by engaging business partners on a regular basis and report progress / risks / issues at the EIT level.
The Technology Manager should understand the business function at a high level to determine dependencies across stakeholder groups in the organization.
Must be able to demonstrate true results impacting business outcomes and must be an innovative leader. This role requires a seasoned, relationship-
driven executive who will have the style and sensitivity to work within a highly complex business environment. Multi-cultural sensitivity a must.
This role provides management direction to the other managers / Stakeholders in context of technology delivery and works closely with senior management for development of business / Technology / Talent / Operational Strategies.
Will also assist and deliver in building a robust resource optimization strategy around :
a) EIT Offshore Transitions In-Take Requests & Assessment process Here Team will manage a centralized in-take request process for all EIT offshore transitions requiring legal and risk approvals, coordinating the completion of required strategic assessments, consulting on opportunities for transition efficiencies, ensuring hand-
off to transition management, identifying and implementing process improvements.
b) Legal, Risk and Recruitment Clearinghouse management Here Team will facilitate Legal, Risk and Recruitment clearinghouses meetings, ensuring updated transition information in SharePoint trackers and managing governance functions, including tracking, alerting and reporting on compliance to Operating Level Agreements (OLAs).

c) Ramp-up Transitions & Tool support This team will perform data mining for issue identification, root cause analysis and reporting and non-
compliance with EGS Transition methodology, identifying and implementing process Improvements. Translating business requirements into tool functionality to meet needs.
Advising the business of any issues with trigger events. This team will also focus on automation and reduce manual / redundant processes.
d) Demand Planning and Management This team will build a robust demand planning and management framework for EIT to meet objectives like agile hiring, build-
