Primary Skill. LINUX Red Hat

Secondary Skill. LINUX Red Hat Clustering

  • Experience in Installation, Configuration and Troubleshooting in Linux RHEL, Suse, RHCE CertifiedRedhat Suse cluster experience
  • Virtualization ESX KVM Kernel Tuning
  • Hardware knowledge of Linux servers, and Bladecenter chassis and its basic concepts like APV CPU Folding VMM.
  • Problem determination and troubleshooting
  • Experience in SMTP, NFS, DNS, NTP, LDAP configuration.
  • Patching and Kernel Upgrade in Linux
  • Setup samba and its administration
  • Experience in Integrated Virtualization on Bladecenter, IVM Builds
  • Perform trend performance analysis of CPU Memory Disk Utilization for Critical Servers.
  • Perform Patch implementation and maintenance.
  • Plan any high level technical execution such as RHEL Suse patch implementation, Storage Migration etc
  • Experience on Shell HTML scripting.
  • Experience on emerging technologies Ansible, Kibana, Docker, Jenkins, Logstash, Elastic Search
  • Working knowledge of Tivoli Storage Manager Tivoli for monitoring.
  • Experience in managing 24x7 production support and Projects
  • Must be able to manage time effectively and to deliver on commitments
  • Excellent Verbal Written Communication skill
  • ITIL V3 Trained Certified
  • Must be able to manage time effectively and to deliver on commitments
  • Must be able to operate well in a team environment and when under pressure
  • Implement best practices and procedures for key Unix Technologies
  • Interact with different business units groups and be the face of the Unix Team Desired Skills
  • Carries out root cause analysis and preventative management as required, ensuring that all necessary parties are informed and involved in the process.
  • To build and maintain effective working relationships across tiers Capgemini, -Client, 3rd Party and Partner contacts ensuring that business and technical knowledge are applied effectively, in order to achieve the best possible levels of service quality and availability.
