Job Description

  • Understand briefs from Marketing teams and sharpen the briefs to develop effective communication
  • Understand category, market and competitive analysis on a regular basis
  • Recommend new media / non-media communication initiatives to Marketing and BU heads
  • Hands on knowledge of printing collaterals, getting artworks and other back end operations
  • Coordinate with the media agencies and production houses to roll out campaigns
  • Inspect layouts and advertising copy and edit scripts, audio and video tapes, and other promotional material for adherence to specifications.
  • Coordinate activities of departments internally as well as with vendors
  • Liaison with advertising agencies and other business partners to develop promotional material, communication collaterals and Advertising Campaign related material.
  • Read trade journals and professional literature to stay informed on trends, innovations, and changes that affect media plans
  • Co-ordinate with PR agencies and internally for PR coverage
  • Direct and coordinate Brand and Communications research whenever required
  • Consult publications to learn about conventions and social functions and to organize prospect files for promotional purposes.
  • Manage internal and external events and develop suitable branding and execute

    Understanding of creativity and to be able to guide vendors / agencies, Media understanding for concerned BTL activities
