Project Planning & Implementation
Take initiatives in learning new Data Technology & Tools.
Training & self learning, utilization of LAB facility for self learning, training & simulations.
Work towards all parties including L2 team and OEM as part of engagement to resolve the tickets.
Preprarion of LLD for data projects.
Able to prepare solution as per customer requirement in R&S
Co-ordination with customer and providing timely updates whenever required.
Effective coordination & communication with end customer to have high CSAT.
Technical & Functional Skills
Depth Understanding of Switching, Routing and wireless Technology
Hands on experience for Cisco catalyst switching products like Cat2900X,3850 / 4500 / 6500, Nexus 9K, 7K, 5K
Hands on experience for Cisco ISR Routers 1900 / 2900 / 4K
Architecture knowledge of Cisco Catalyst Switching Products like Cat 4500 / Cat 6500 / Nexus 9K
Depth Understanding of Switching, Routing and wireless technology
Good hand on Protocols like, BGP, OSPF, HSRP, VPC, VSS, IPSEC, EIGRP, STP
Ability to work 24x7 and Field as on when required
Experience with technical document writing.
knowledge on monitoring tools .
Minimum of 7 to 8 years related work experience in customer facing organizations within the telecom or IT industry.
Good level of practiced technical knowledge.
