Job Summary Job Purpose

Provide pre-sales technical, process application expertise to customers in order to drive long-term technology adoption and conversion activities to fuel sales growth in Process.

  • Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare proposals for technical solutions for process applications
  • Provide customer demos for complex product applications; Provide proof of concept
  • Support Account Managers in customer conversion
  • Carry out application note development and provide system start up support.
  • Support commercial events by delivering technical presentations / seminars / demos
  • Keep updated on technical knowledge in relation with the capabilities / application of company product
  • Deliver process competency training to build technical sales competencies
