Job Description :

To monitor and ensure adherence of service level agreement entered into with HDFC Bank and compliance to the policies / rules laid down therein for processing.

To put in place effective governance for proactive identification facilitation escalation of issues and closure of any audit point in consultation with the process audit team of HDFC Bank.

  • Drive and design framework for monitoring & adherence of SLA-Facilitate completion of audit as prescribed by bank.-Conducting proactive / predictive checks & audits to identify gaps for corrective and preventive actions-
  • Reporting SLA compliance to internal & external stakeholders

    Qualifications : Graduate.

    Graduate.
