Job Description :
To monitor and ensure adherence of service level agreement entered into with HDFC Bank and compliance to the policies / rules laid down therein for processing.
To put in place effective governance for proactive identification facilitation escalation of issues and closure of any audit point in consultation with the process audit team of HDFC Bank.
Reporting SLA compliance to internal & external stakeholders
Qualifications : Graduate.
