Profile : Head Mobile banking

  • Actively work with Consumer senior management team to strategize and conceptualize key capabilities on Mobile and layout the Mobile banking roadmap for the future.
  • Lead a team of Program managers, designers and usability consultants to enhance & optimize the Mobile banking experience on Citi Mobile app and Mobile web application.
  • Collaborate with India Technology, and Product function teams to drive implementation of key capabilities on Citi Mobile across acquisitions, engagement, payments and cross-sell.
  • Strategize and plan on continuous improvement of Mobile banking experience by understanding industry trends to drive digitization, increase usability and improve customer experience
  • Collaborate with Regional cfm and Technology teams, to layout the roadmap for mobile 63 implementation in India
  • Actively engage with Marketing and client experience teams to create 360 degree engagement campaigns to drive Citi Mobile usage
  • Collaborate with various internal control functions to ensure compliance to various regulatory and audit requirements on Mobile banking
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications and Experience :

  • 8 to 10 years of experience in financial services / banking / Digital Product Management.
  • MBA from Tier 1 B schools
  • Yes, 10 % of the Time
