Build a suite of SuccessFactors Reports for HR & Business

Responsible for management of HRAnalytics and Data Reporting to support the various functions and businesses within Building Efficiency HR.

Provides value-added, actionable information to improve business efficiencies and accuracy in the processes.

Strong Success Factor Reporting Technical and Functional knowledge is amust. HR domain knowledge preferred

As part of a team, deliver an efficient catalogue of Global HR Reports based on the Success Factors data

Support the build and rollout of the Success Factors Global Reporting catalogue in line with project time lines.

Create and champion a new Global Standard of HR Reporting.

Assist with the Success Factors training roll out to the BAU reporting teams.

Put the User Experienceat the heart of design.

Integrates disparate data from multiple systems and tools. Interprets data and reports, crafting the storyfrom the data.

Develops and interprets reports which clearly and concisely show key workforce trends and problem areas. Constructreports / graphs that show status, trends, cost, volume, benchmarks, as well as opportunities for improvement in various HR activities.
