Key Performance Indicators
Design Management : Review of detailed design submissions received from Consultants / EPC contractor for Electrical Systems like HT, LT and ELV Systems based on approved concept designs.
Design conflict / clash management, Design coordination with user departments, consultants, Internal design team and other stake holders of the Project and ensure timely release of tender drawings and GFC drawings.
On time approval of Design submissions
Issue of GFC drawings.
Procurement Management : Finalize tender specifications, drawings and BOQs for procurement.
Assist the procurement team with Technical and Commercial inputs in tendering, vendor evaluation and finalization for all packages related to HT, LT and ELV systems and ensure orders are placed as per Master programme
In / on-time Procurement, Cost compliance while ensuring quality of selection.
Construction Management : Responsible for Development and implementation of detailed construction schedule (design development to Handing over of electrical systems) as per agreed timelines.
Ensure periodic review and update in association with contractor and other stake holders.
Execution of all electrical systems & other interface works as per the quality & cost parameters specified in the contracts
Integration of all related systems and subsystems in BMS and SCADA.
Engage with multiple contractors for electrical & related works for smooth execution of the project.
Completion within Time, quality & Cost.
Zero non-compliance on all statutory parameters
Zero / Minimal Conflicts.
Handing over and Contract Closure : Responsible for development of required documentation for a proper transformation (Handing Over, Taking Over).
Conduct Trial / Live operations post commissioning of the project to ensure smooth transition to operation phase.
Ensure rectification of snags identified during the trial / Live operations by the OEMs and system stabilization.
Assist Procurement and Contracts team to close the all project related contracts.
Operating & Maintenance Manuals.

Compliance : Health Safety environment and regulatory compliances - Assist and work with the management for effective deployment of safety policy and achieve the safety objectives and targets / goals.
Zero Non Compliances
Team Management / Engagement : Support team for successful implementation of related works. Identify and coach team members on their short comings in handling related works efficiently.
