What is the team like :

The InMobi Sales team works with advertisers, agencies and app developers to create world-class mobile advertising campaigns that deliver customer delight and return on investment.

In a rapidly growing market, the team combines exceptional sales execution and negotiation skills, with an excellent understanding of mobile and advertising industry trends.

What will you be doing?

The Strategic Sales Manager will develop, plan and manage relationships with key clients and agency contacts in their region.

The Strategic Sales Manager is also required to position InMobi as a leading player in the mobile advertising industry through thought leadership, education and representation in all areas.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Represent Inmobi in South East Asia across verticals, in front of key clients & their ecosystem.
  • Grow and develop existing partnerships, to scale up the current business.
  • Cross sell and up sell InMobi product propositions to unlock new revenue opportunities.
  • Analyse client requirements and accordingly conceptualise InMobi offerings.
  • Work cross-functionally with different teams to articulate and develop new value propositions that meet evolving advertiser needs.
  • Work with supporting team (Delivery, Product etc) to build customised offerings for key clients.
  • Maintain regular communication with key clients to evangelize the benefits of InMobi to the client.
  • Work towards attainable quarterly sales targets and meet / exceed these goals.
  • Work in partnership with dedicated account managers to successfully deliver results on client campaign objectives
  • Liaise with the GM and senior management team to increase and diversify demand.
  • Evangelize the adoption of InMobi products, value propositions, rich media solutions and creative services.
  • Build, track and manage an active sales pipeline to achieve quarterly sales targets and build a broad base of repeat advertisers.
  • Provide market intelligence on market dynamics and competitive landscape to sustain regional business growth.
  • Prepare for and conduct Quarterly business reviews(QBRs) with all key clients.
  • What do we need from you :

  • Deep network of relationships across the mobile advertising ecosystem in SEA OR knowledge of e-commerce and non-gaming app developers and clients spending to performance ROI targets.
  • Previous experience in Account Management or Territory Sales.
  • Strong account management and relationship building skills.
  • Self-Motivated and willing to take ownership and be accountable whilst participating positively in the team dynamics.
  • Proven track record in developing, maintaining and generating advertiser relationships through structured approach to win and unlock new business.
  • Exceptional communicator with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to think out of the box and plan in a structured manner to deliver on specific quarterly goals.
  • Experienced working on the nuances of mobile user acquisition and Retargeting.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proven ability to share insights that drive results and customer value.
  • Outstanding teamwork, organizational and interpersonal skills, with tremendous attention to detail.
  • Creative and analytical thinker; fast learner in a technology environment
