Scope of Activities :

Escalation point of contact for UiPath software support in pre-sales and post-sales stages

  • In charge of the overall product support for discrepancies / bugs / enhancements / coatomer education for our Robotic Process Automation software through standard channels email and ticketing tools ;
  • Help customers round the clock (24 / 7 shifts)

    Feedback to the Product Team

    Mentor and knowledge sharing with the L1 Team

    Escalation of bugs to development and Product

    Educational Background :

    B.Tech in Computer Science or Similar

    Mandatory Skills Required :

    Must have a strong background of programming (as a Developer) in C#, C++, VB

    Excellent Analytical Skills and Problem Solving skills

    Must have solid technical background with hands on experience in digital technologies

    Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills - Fluent written and spoken English

    Good To Have Skills :

    Experience working with RPA - Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, OpenSpan is an advantage(not mandatory)

    Experience in Application or Implementation Support domain is an advantage(not mandatory)

    Shift-Timings :

    Day Shift, Night Shift & Evening Shif t - rotational in every 3 Months
