The Role :

  • To ensure a smooth flow of central customer services operations, in the assigned vertical(s), including;
  • Policy Servicing,
  • Customer Engagement,
  • Complaints Handling,
  • New Business Processing .
  • Responsible for ;
  • Adherence to TAT
  • Team Management
  • Ensure all checks and controls are in place
  • Cost Management
  • System Improvement
  • The Candidate :

    MBA with 8-10 years experience

    Max age - 35-36 years

    Candidates with past experience of managing at least 2 centralized back office operations in a Life Insurance / General Insurance set up will be preferred.
