Provide general integrated HSSE leadership, functional support, supervision, training and assurance
Review HSSE plan & lead, manage and prioritize activities to execute the plan in coordination with site team for multiple sites.
Lead or participate in HSE audits and reviews and ensure compliance by site team.
Manage staff planning and development and provide HSE coaching and training.
Analyse HSE performance and provide insights, challenge and make recommendations on performance improvement.
Maintain awareness of, and compliance with, external safety developments including regulatory advocacy.
Lead or participate in incident investigations and facilitate cross learning
Promote HSSE awareness throughout the organization, emphasizing excellence, continuous improvement and corrective action.
Qualification : Graduate with Diploma in Safety Engineering
12-18 Years in HSSE management in Infrastructural & Industrial projects
Skills : In-depth technical and supervision skills related to Civil works (sub-structure, superstructure), Steel structures & PEB, PHE, Electrical, HVAC work with high end specification structures like 5-
star hotel, hospital, commercial buildings, residential building. Ability to work under pressure, tour extensively.
