  • Proven 2-4 years working experience as a customer service manager in E-commerce / Marketplace industry
  • Experience in providing customer service support
  • Excellent knowledge of management methods and skills an multiple tools available online (zendesk / freshdesk / zoho)
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent communication (Written & Oral) skills in English
  • Basic computer knowledge with MS-Office and MS-Excel
