Key Areas of Responsibilities
Represents product marketing for the lab workflow functions and Interoperability aspects of the Cathlab, talking the voice of the product management
Define the workflow requirements for the IGT systems / devices product development
Translating the clinical needs into product requirements and defining user workflow for realizing customer requirements.
Preparation of portfolio backlogs , participates in prioritizing the portfolio backlogs
Participates in reviewing & contributing to Program Vision, roadmap and content presentations
Backlog grooming : Takes inputs from Product Managers and other stakeholders, to build, prune and maintain the team backlog.
The backlog contains the user stories, defects, refactors and infrastructure work.
Works with the Product Owners to produce the system demo. Participates in team demo and retrospectives
Contribute to system level clinical testing of the product.
Review the work products from clinical standpoints from team members and provide timely feedback on changes.
Contribute to innovation and competence growth of the team.
Tie up with Luminary customers, bring them to PIC for product display. Collect and submit product feedback to the program team.
Collect marketing images and data to be used for developing Customer facing material (Brochures, sell sheets etc), training and demo disk.
Attend shows for marketing / clinical ideas, collect workflow integration / optimization stories and provides feedback to the product team
Keep updated with latest trends, how can we improve our offering etc
Experience & Key Competencies :
Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Requirements Engineer / Clinical Analyst / Domain Specialist in the Hospital Workflow domain preferably for the Cathlab
Prioritization and grooming of features
Strong product knowledge from a customer usage perspective
Strong domain knowledge Care continuum cycles, Interoperability, IHE profiles etc
