Purpose of the Role : The purpose of this role is to work and support the strategic HR initiatives for internal group companies pertaining to organizational development.
This role requires working knowledge in competency based Strategic HR processes, Balanced Scorecard, Scorecard formulation, cascading of goals, performance management, formulation of KPIs, reviews & analytics, audits, surveys and assessment methods, diagnostic study intervention & organization wide role analysis.
The position : This position has end-to-end responsibility for HR management with respect to UDL employees across India.
The role of HR in the organization includes accountability for all people related decisions (e.g. hiring, salary, performance rewards, definition / realignment of roles, transfers) with line managers and Management.
Thus, the HR team is expected to build a great depth of business understanding, relationships with employees and managers and detailed knowledge of peopleÃ¢Â€Â™s roles and performance & competence requirements.
