Our client is a QSR (quick service restaurant) startup focused towards uplifting the specific food options that have been unexplored and unorganised in India.

The founder,an alumni of MDI, is a young and seasoned entrepreneur and has worked with corporate giants like DLF & Knight Frank.

Our client's QSR in particular is the first ever attempt by anyone to bring the omnipresent "Chole Kulche" to the organised retail level.

The company was founded after a research period of over 12 months and is located in one of the most prominent high street location of Gurugram.

As the Operations / Customer CareExecutive , you will be the first point of contact for the customers and will coordinate all operational activities including answering incoming calls, taking orders and other client services. What you will do :

  • Accurately taking customer's orders on phone and making note of all requirements,repeating items back to customers to ensure accuracy
  • Assisting customers regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
  • Having full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
  • Quoting expected arrival time per set standards with speed and accuracy
  • Coordinating with Kitchen for the customer's orders to be processed
  • Ensuring that complete food and beverages are delivered together, on time
  • Providing customers appropriate KOT / Invoice generated through system
  • Coordinating with delivery boys for dispatching food to right address
  • Assisting customers over phone and resolving their queries and complaints on food delivery
  • Salary : INR 1,50,000 - 3,25,000 P.A.
