commerce and retail. We have the expertise in supporting various portfolios, which range from basic tier 1 support to the very complex Tier 3 support including ITES and BPO, Technical & Application Support and Remote Infrastructure Support.
Key aspects of this role :
Good knowledge on RED Hat Linux 5, 6 and 7 operating systems.
Provide TIER 3 troubleshooting support to the client.
Monitor and troubleshoot the issues of existing data centers remotely.
Investigate and provide the RCA for the incidents.
Perform the system administration tasks and patching
Perform the scheduled changes and the tasks.
Take the ownership of the tickets and work towards the resolution.
Perform the activities within the defined SLA
Adhere to the Change Management process
Work with the external vendors for resolution.
To be the right fit, you'll need :
4+ years of experience in Linux system administration
Experience in working on Production environment
Experience in configuration and troubleshooting of DNS issues
Experience in troubleshooting the file system related issues.
Awareness of Remote deployments
Experience in troubleshooting of the basic database configuration issues
Good knowledge on Schedule and run jobs
Should have worked on monitoring tools.
Experience in User Management, Files system management, Disk Management
Experience in VMware
