Position : Full Time

Work Hours : 1 : 30PM to 10 : 30PM


  • Design and develop end-to-end ServiceNow implementations for clients / customers
  • Design and implement ITIL processes for clients / customers using the ServiceNow platform
  • Develop productive working relationship with client stakeholders and process owners that allows for a cross functional understanding of requirements and expectations
  • Work with client stakeholders to define and implement new ServiceNow applications / modules
  • Work with client stakeholders to define and develop customizations and enhancements to existing ServiceNow implementations
  • Participate in requirements definition, design, development, and test reviews cycles. Assist business service lines in defining and developing client specific reporting.
  • Work with QA and end users to ensure new functionality passes testing, and defects are resolved in a timely manner
  • Implement, maintain and customize ServiceNow modules like (not limited to) : CSM, Field Service, ITSM, ITAM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalog, Project, Portfolio, Orchestration, etc.
  • Use Mid server, web services, email and other relevant technology to integrate IT tools / applications with ServiceNow
  • Design and develop required ServiceNow integrations with other systems
  • Integrate ServiceNow with other third party tools using SOAP and REST web services
  • Qualifications

  • 6 to 10 years of experience on ServiceNow platform.
  • Experience in working with client directly for ServiceNow implementation.
  • Experience in leading a small team of ServiceNow developers and admins.
  • Experience in development and implementation of ServiceNow modules Customer Service Management, Field Service Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, PPM, Asset Management, CMDB etc.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow Scripting, JavaScript, GlideAPI, Service Portal UI coding, AngularJS.
  • Excellent understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and tools.
  • Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other tools / platforms.
  • Experience integrating with or converting / migrating from other ITSM tools such as Remedy to ServiceNow
  • Excellent understanding of technical and functional design requirements related to ServiceNow
  • xperience with relational databases (e.g. MySQL, Oracle, MS SQL Server)
  • Excellent English communication skills and technical documentation skills.
  • A huge plus - Certified in ServiceNow Administration, ServiceNow Implementation, ServiceNow Development and ITIL certifications.
  • Another plus experience and knowledge in Domain Separation and MSP instances.
  • Education : Computer Science Graduate in BE / B.Ttech / MCA from a top University
