Accountabilities Business Development Marketing
Lead bid strategy and key messages to support BD
Formulate core value proposition / executive summaries targeted at C-suite level
Developing approach for bid defence presentations
Re-bid Strategy : Preparing renewal / extension strategy prior to the run out of the deal period
Developing CRM program for effective management of key accounts
Sales Programs : Setting up of various sales programs and work with leadership teams for its governance
Cross-sell / Up-sell : Formulating program / workshop to help solution and business development team to sell more
Develop professional BD collaterals to support BD efforts
Strong capabilities in presentations, capability brochures, case studies etc

Required Qualifications & Experience A management graduate with 10 years of experience, encapsulating various marketing skills (brand, marketing and offline marketing).
Prior BD, client pitch, bid management experience is a must
BD marketing support in firms with an RFP culture like IT / ITeS services etc.
Industries such as Technology and Consulting.
Worked with established brands
The candidate must possess :
Strong written communications skills-Very important
Understanding of strategic marketing and business development
Ability to grasp the business nuances and articulate value proposition
Understanding of various communication mediums
Ability to work with cross functional teams and matrixed Responsibilities both supervisory and reporting
Senior go-to person for marketing support over the last 4-5 years.
A competent marketing professional, who can work beyond hierarchies, set timelines and rankings.
