Job Description :
Makes value out of data, person proactively fetches information from various sources and analyzes it for better understanding about how the business performs, and builds automated tools that automate certain processes within the company.
Work with Business users to determine business requirements, priorities, define KPIs and design / develop reports and data strategy.
Analyze current business intelligence and trend data to support revenue growth.
Transform from report view to dashboard view which provides trending & analysis along with reported numbers. Is proficient and carries insight into business values to provide up-
to-date and relevant dashboards which facilitate in decision making.
People within this role should also be able to perform statistical analysis.
Creating and distributing BI reports and insight stories which can facilitate decision making.
Takes initiative in driving real time reports; liaises with team members to seek improvement opportunities and deliver insights within specified timelines.
Enhancing data collection procedures to include information that is relevant for building analytic systems.
Processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis
Doing ad-hoc analysis and presenting results in a clear manner.
Creating automated anomaly detection systems in reporting and constant tracking of its performance.
To work on report improvisation & process automation.
To monitor & report to concerns on unusual trends in reporting.
To co-ordinate with all concern teams like DBA, Tech, MIS, Marketing for data & unusual trends.
Mentor and Support the learning and development of team members.
Experience in Data Processing & Analysis, MIS / Reporting & Team handling.
Advance Proficiency in MS Excel.
Hands on experience on reporting tools like MS PowerBI, Tableau, Kibana etc.
Working experience of SQL, R-Studio
Certification in Google Analytics and experience in creating customized funnel reports will be preferred.
Communicate with inter-department for data collection.
Should have knowledge of Online marketing channels and its KPIs such as CPA,CPC,CPM,CPI etc..
Online Travel domain experience will be preferred.
Post-Graduate with 6-8 Years of Experience in Analysis, Reporting & Data Science.
Technical experience is preferred.
Working experience on Big Data technologies will be added advantage.
